A complete new kitchen transformation with a stunning new traditional shaker style kitchen

A site visit to our clients' premise was arranged with our project manager and preferred kitchen designer where the existing kitchen space was inspected, building works discussed, brochures and samples viewed and a series of photos compiled to aid in the planning and designing of the new space.
As a result of the building works discussion, a scope of works was formulated to include:

Legado Kitchens supplied a digital design proposal and estimate to complete the project which was followed up with a site visit to agree colour schemes, utilities, fixtures, fittings and a new bespoke glass splash back. A formal proposal was then submitted outlining the complete schedule of works and timescales.
Our expert team commenced the full strip out of the existing kitchen and utilities, removing the divider wall, flooring, skirting and architraves. Upon completion of the strip out, the space was prepared for new plasterboards, self levelling of the floors and making good any demolition works. New french doors were installed, new plumbing works and electrical first fixes undertaken in preparation for the new kitchen installation. On completion of the new modern kitchen cabinets and worktops installation, the new bespoke glass splash back was measured, crafted and installed following final decorations.
The original kitchen was a dated and closed of space with worn cabinetry, limited counter space and inefficient lighting. The layout no longer met the needs of a modern household, the finishes were faded and the flooring was tired reulting in the room feeling extremely uninviting.
The goal was to create a bright, open and functional space housing a new modern kitchen that blended style with functionality.
