As part of an extensive project, D Hatcher & Sons Group of Companies was tasked with a full refurbishment scheme of St Margaret's Lodge creating three luxury apartments. As part of the scheme and with discussions with the client, we administered the services of Legado Kitchens to source the perfect kitchen supplier to assist with the design and installation process.
A local kitchen supplier was introduced to our client to fulfil the design process for all three luxury apartments appointing each in the preferred style and taste of our client and within a set budget. Each kitchen design maximised the space available.
Following approval of the designs, costs and the completion of the building works, Legado Kitchens skilled team of craftsmen carried out the kitchen installation services which included:
St Margaret's Lodge was a property extremely outdated with the last works having been carried out in the early 1980s. Legado Kitchens formed part of the D Hatcher & Sons Group of Companies that has transformed the property currently on the market for over £1.1m.
